Napowan Adventure Base 2010 Napowan Adventure Base 2009 was a very successful year ending with new memories and fulfilling many opportunities. We are hard at work planning for Napowan Adventure Base 2010 but right now we do not have any updates. Please check back bi-monthly for updates.

2009 Special Programs Napowan Adventure Base 2009 has many new and exciting opportunities for new and experienced scouters. New scouts have the opportunity to participate in our CAP (Camper Activity Program).

New this year is the Napowan Annulus Initiative.

2009 Napowan High Adventure Program Napowan Adventure Base is offering five high adventure opportunities for able scouts and guides. These destinations include Flambeau Canoe Trip, Porcupine Moutains Wilderness Area Trip, Devil's Lake Climbing Trip, Scuba Certification, and Biking/Kayacking.

Merit Badge Forms and 2009 Schedule Posted Napowan Adventure Base's 2009 Merit Badge Sign Up Form, Merit Badge listing, and 2009 Weekly schedule have been posted.

These resources are essentials for leaders before making it up to camp. All merit badge selections are due two weeks before a scouts troop arrives at camp.

May Napowan Meeting 2009 All leaders are encouraged to attend the May Leaders' Program Meeting on May 2, 2009.

The gathering will begin at 9am and the meeting will start at 9:30am. The meeting will cover many modifications and new aspects of the Napowan Adventure Base experience 2009.

2009 Napowan Leadership As winter is quickly passing, we have been working hard to plan a great 2009 camping season. We have selected our 2009 Napowan Adventure Base Leadership Team

New Pavillion This brand new dining pavillion will be open for use in the 2009 camping season. We are tracking the progress in photos for you. All the photos of the progress are avaliable in the New Facilities section of the website.

Beginning 2009, all meals will be eaten in this pavillion! More to come as camp approaches

Leaders Meeting The kick off meeting for Napowan Adventure Base 2009 Summer Camp was held on December 6, 2008. At this meeting, 2009 opportunities were explained, new facilties higlighted and new resources revealed.

The meeting was a success with many questions answered.

All files and fliers that were distributed will be avaliable online in the Troop Leaders section.
